Terms

1. General provisions

The Oriolus Woodcraft website is operated by Oriolus Woodcraft, ul. Szlak 77/222, 31-153 Kraków, Poland. VAT ID: PL6692588738, REGON: 543122978.

2. Orders

Orders are accepted through the contact form on the website and by email. Each order is individually priced after consultation.

3. Fulfilment

Lead time depends on the complexity of the order, the time required to source raw materials, semi-finished and finished products. For typical orders it is usually around 3-6 weeks from order confirmation and deposit payment. We agree the exact date individually and start work once both parties accept the terms. We begin a project after receiving a deposit of at least 70% of the price quoted. We reserve the right to refuse to execute a project without giving a reason.

4. Payments

We accept various payment methods to ensure our clients' convenience and security. You can pay by bank transfer, Wise transfer, or Mastercard and Visa cards.

More about payments on the Delivery and payments page.

5. Delivery

We offer free delivery within Poland and abroad. The table is packed in a dedicated transport crate.

6. Warranty

All products come with a 5-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.

7. Complaints

Complaints are accepted by email at office@orioluswoodcraft.com. Complaints are resolved within 14 business days.

8. Refunds

A refund is a situation where the Client changes their mind for personal reasons (unrelated to product defects, lead time, workmanship quality, etc.) — i.e. for reasons attributable to the Client — and requests a refund for an order in progress. Because we mostly make personalised projects, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for a personalised order that is so personalised we consider it impossible to resell to someone else. The Client has the right to appeal this decision within 14 days of receiving the refusal notice. If no response is received within this period, the matter is considered closed and the right to appeal expires. In the appeal the Client may provide arguments that may, but do not have to, be considered strong enough to issue a refund to the Client's account.
